RADNIK serves the entire Tampa Bay region including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Trinity, Pinellas Park, Seminole, and Brandon. We cover most of Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. If you are nearby and not listed, call us — we likely still cover it.
Do you handle both commercial and residential work?
Yes. Our Commercial Division handles painting, post-construction cleaning, HOA, multifamily, and tenant turnovers for general contractors and property managers. Our Residential Division handles painting, flooring, vanity installation, demo and haul-off, popcorn ceiling removal, drywall patching, and pressure washing for homeowners.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. RADNIK operates as Vukovic LLC and carries full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We work as a specialty trades crew within Florida's licensing framework. We are happy to provide a current certificate of insurance on request.
How fast can you provide a quote?
Same-day response on business days. If a site walk is available we typically schedule it within 24 to 48 hours and deliver a written quote shortly after. For straightforward residential scopes we can often quote off a few photos and a phone call.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. For occupied commercial spaces, tenant turnovers, retail interiors, and tight deadlines we regularly schedule night and weekend work. There is no automatic surcharge for after-hours work unless it is explicitly scoped that way.
What is your residential service area minimum?
We do not have a hard dollar minimum, but realistically the smallest residential jobs we take are single-room repaints, a vanity swap, or a flooring run for a typical bedroom or bathroom. If it is smaller than that, we will tell you upfront and point you in the right direction.
Do you handle the dump runs and debris removal for demo jobs?
Yes. For interior demolition work — flooring tear-out, cabinet removal, vanity removal, popcorn ceiling scrape, drywall, and trim — full haul-off and disposal is included in our quote unless otherwise stated. You will not be left with a pile in the driveway.
What kinds of flooring do you install?
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and tile installation as a floor covering. We handle tear-out of the existing floor, prep, and clean transitions to adjoining rooms. For hardwood refinishing or structural subfloor work, we will point you to the right specialist.
